I'm sorry to have to give this item a negative review, but it was not up to the quality I expected for the cost. It was not 4' tall and was very sparse, with 2 shoots being empty..Saying that, I must say that the Customer Service Rep.(Angie) was more than accommodating...she helped me with the return process giving me a full refund. This company has great customer satisfaction and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Too bad that this particular product did not compare to the customer service.
