Leaky & wobbly--not a winning combinationJul 16, 2010
I ordered this to put on my front porch and was eagerly awaiting its arrival. Unfortunately, when I assembled it, the whole thing was pretty wobbly. It wasn't possible to have more than 2 legs touching the floor at the same time. I figured I could shore up the legs to level it. Unfortunatley, I then realized the metal liner wasn't water proof. At that point I gave up.
I still like the design of this item and that it has a lower shelf where (theoretically) more plants could be, but the flimsiness made it a no-go for me.
On a happier note, the customer service woman provided great service and was appropriately apologetic about my troubles and made the return very easy and convenient. I wish the product was as a good as the service.
